Food waste rarely begins in the bin. It is produced much earlier through planning, purchasing, packaging, storage and preparation. Cook the Loop makes those decisions visible and practical through cooking, tasting and discussion. The project can become a professional training programme, public workshop, corporate experience, conference or collaborative dinner.
