Events & Workshops
Ideas to share. Practices to experience.

Lorenzo creates talks, workshops and participatory experiences exploring circular cooking, food systems, preservation, fermentation, biodiversity and responsible sourcing.
His events combine professional knowledge with an accessible and engaging form of communication. Complex environmental questions are translated into ingredients, techniques and decisions that audiences can see, taste and understand.
A conference may explore how waste is generated before food reaches the kitchen. A practical workshop may teach participants to ferment vegetable peels or transform surplus into seasonings. A dinner may demonstrate root-to-leaf principles through a sequence of dishes.
Formats can be created for food festivals, universities, companies, schools, cultural institutions, hospitality organisations and private events. Each experience is adapted to the audience and location. The aim is not only to transfer information, but to encourage participation, curiosity and discussion.
